Because works on Sydney Harbour and Middle Harbour sit on land owned by Transport for NSW, the first of many steps is securing the landowner’s consent — obtained by lodging a Transport Permission to Lodge (TPL) — before a development application can proceed. From there, we manage your Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC), so your project meets the relevant approval requirements from the outset.
